Senior Bartender / Mixologist

to help bring our vision to life.

As our lead behind the bar, you'll be the embodiment of Ambrosia's elevated standards and mythological charm. You'll need to demonstrate mastery in both classic cocktails and our

Divine Cocktail Menu

-- a unique list of 6 custom creations that channel ancient gods and storytelling through mixology.

Key Responsibilities

Expertly prepare and serve all cocktails, including: Our 6

Divine Signature Cocktails

A full range of

classic and contemporary drinks

Smoked whiskey

pours and presentations Maintain smooth and efficient bar service during peak hours (Thurs-Sun) Oversee bar prep, stock rotation, and cleanliness Train and mentor junior bar staff Uphold exceptional customer service and ambience Engage customers with storytelling and flair in keeping with the Ambrosia brand Assist with developing seasonal and special-edition drinks

What We're Looking For

Minimum

2-3 years experience

in a senior bartender or mixologist role Confident in creating drinks with speed, accuracy, and creativity Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques Familiarity with smoked drinks and bar theatre Ability to work independently and manage a bar team Personable, reliable, and aligned with our premium hospitality ethos Bonus: flair bartending, infusion skills, or menu development experience
