We are the UK's largest end to end drainage solution provider with depots strategically located across the UK from Aberdeen to Plymouth, to ensure round the clock coverage for customers and clients alike.

About the Role:



We are looking for a results-driven Area Development Manager with drive and ambition to join our established Aberdeen Depot. You will play a key role in driving business growth, winning new clients and strengthening relationships with existing partners.

Location:

Aberdeen

Hours:

Monday to Friday - 37.5 Hours per week.

Salary :

Depending on previous experience + uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities - but not limited to:



Identify, target and secure new business opportunities Develop & grow existing national accounts Attend Site Visits to assess client needs and prepare accurate quotations Analyse reports from team to submit accurate quotations based on findings upselling to existing clients, maintaining relationships and understanding future needs to secure business Manage your own diary, pipeline and administration Collaborate closely with the Operations team within the Depot on quotations, sales targets and forecasting Represent Lanes Group at industry events, networking opportunities and regional meetings Promote our services actively via various advertising campaigns, LinkedIn and outreach initiatives

Experience and qualifications required for the role:



B2B sales experience essential Background in the service industry - ideally drainage, waste management, construction or multi-utility sectors. Strong Commercial awareness Excellent work ethic who can go above and beyond to ensure the best service is delivered Desire to succeed in a niche but highly rewarding market
