Area Manager

supporting our growing customer base across the North West.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following experience and qualities:

Attentive, effective support to and engaging with customers to ensure timely delivery of service promise across multi sites Experience in managing cleaning / facility services in a business to business environment Strong people leadership and management skills Trained to BICSc standard or equivalent Experience managing Health & Safety Driven by your attention to detail and customer focus Working knowledge of Employment Law Be able to train, manage and motivate staff, whilst managing staff absence ensuring service levels are reliably met Possess good written and verbal communication skills Be prepared to clean / supervise if required to meet the needs of the business Deliver cleaning materials to site if required Check and record the conditionof electrical equipment Be experienced in using buffing and scrubbing machines Recruiting staff and knowledge of Right to Work criteria Conducting regular quality audits Organizing periodical and short notice ad hoc work
