Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

About the role
About the Role
The HR Manager will lead the day-to-day HR function, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a culture of continuous development. This is a hands-on role requiring strong operational expertise, leadership, and a solutions-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with NI employment legislation.
Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with the Payroll and Finance team, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
Support the development and implementation of the resort's Health & Safety strategy in line with current legislation.
Lead the design and delivery of training and development initiatives for both team members and managers.
Manage internal training programmes including Graduate, Placement, and Higher-Level Apprenticeship (HLA) schemes.
Provide accurate workforce planning, HR forecasting, and reporting to inform business decisions.
Coach and support line managers on performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary matters.
Lead on DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and wellbeing initiatives across the resort.
Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., education providers, training bodies, regulatory authorities) to meet business and compliance needs.
Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
The Ideal Candidate
o CIPD-qualified (Level 5 minimum) or equivalent HR generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice in Northern Ireland.
Experience in hospitality, tourism, or a fast-paced service industry preferred.
Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead, influence and work collaboratively across all levels.
Confident managing multiple priorities with a proactive, hands-on approach.
