The Role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive

Area Manager

to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in Dorset. This home-based role requires regular travel and a hands-on approach to team support and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across a portfolio of sites Ensure consistently high cleaning standards and compliance with agreed schedules Conduct regular site visits to inspect quality, support staff, and resolve issues Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff; promote a positive team culture Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to their needs Manage rotas, staffing levels, and resource allocation efficiently Uphold and enforce health & safety procedures and company policies

What We're Looking For

(No professional cleaning experience required!)

Strong background in customer service or team leadership Excellent communication and people management skills Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively Comfortable working independently from home and visiting multiple locations Familiarity with health and safety standards (training provided if needed) A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
