team! We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional - someone that leads

by example and will drive performance in their area with confidence, energy, and a

smile, whilst championing our people and our company values.

Position: Area Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Area Manager to join our growing

team! The ideal candidate will help oversee all aspects of their area, ensuring

exceptional customer service, effective staff management, strong financial

performance, and full compliance with health and safety regulations. The Area

Manager will be the driver of the areas success by creating a positive dining

experience for our guests and upholding the highest standards of quality and

service, all whilst championing the UG brand.

Key Responsibilities:

? Full responsibility and accountability for your areas overall performance.

? Champion areas customer experience and always ensure exceptional service

delivery.

? Collaborate with head office on marketing, promotions, and new initiatives.

? Develop and mentor store management teams to achieve their full potential.

Ensuring Urban Greens culture comes first.

? Analyse store performance and implement strategies to drive sales, reduce

costs, and improve profitability.

About You:

? Proven experience as an Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar role

within the QSR or hospitality industry.

? Strong leadership and people development skills.

? Commercially savvy with a keen understanding of P&L management.

? Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

? Hands-on, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment by taking

initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-42,000.00 per year
