Area Manager (Registered Nurse)

Location:

Sutton Coldfield, B76 1NY (covering multiple sites across Birmingham)

Salary:

40,000 - 50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours:

35 hours per week

We are now seeking an

experienced and motivated Area Manager

to oversee our services across

Birmingham

. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nursing professional with strong leadership and compliance experience to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support multiple care services to deliver outstanding standards of care. Ensure full compliance with

CQC regulations

, company policies, and best practice. Provide clinical and operational leadership to service managers and care teams. Conduct audits, implement action plans, and maintain governance standards. Work collaboratively with families, local authorities, and external partners. Promote a positive, person-centred culture across all services. Drive continuous improvement and ensure excellence in service delivery.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RGN)

with a

valid UK NMC PIN

. Proven

management or area management experience

in the health and social care sector. Strong background in

Compliance

and

CQC standards

. Experience working with

Learning Disabilities

(essential). Must be

eager and eligible to register as the CQC Registered Manager

for the organisation. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across Birmingham sites.
