: From 32,000 pro rata

Area Manager

to manage and develop the TIGI, VIZ-A-VIZ, and Penny Plain estate across Scotland. The estate consists of a variety of High Street stores, garden centres, outlets, and department stores.

Duties:

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for:

Working to targets and deadlines. Delivering and implementing the company's brand standards during store visits, providing feedback to host stores and the Head Office team to drive sales and maximize performance. Meeting with existing and potential new hosts to expand the concession estate. Overseeing the opening and closure of stores. Monitoring and supporting store staff teams.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing and developing multiple sites within the region. Building and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels within the company and host stores. Fashion experience & setting up displays Visual Merchandsing (Essential) Train, coach & guide teams Business development - expanding the concession regions.

Skills and Experience:

To be considered for the

Area Manager

role, you will need:

A full driving license and confidence in driving long distances (using your personal car and reimburse). Previous experience at a Supervisor or Junior Management level in fashion retail. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to build quick and trusted relationships with customers. Experience managing staff. Strong visual merchandising abilities. Experience working with brand guidelines to deliver results. Basic IT skills.
