We're looking for an

exceptional District Manager

to lead operations across

7-10 stores in the North of Scotland

. This is a

hands-on leadership role

for someone who thrives on getting stuck in, coaching teams, and delivering operational excellence in a high-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do:



Be a visible and influential leader across your district, supporting Store Managers and their teams to deliver world-class Starbucks experiences Drive performance through coaching, KPIs, and action plans -- always with people and customer at the heart Work closely with the Group Operations Director to develop strategies that improve store performance and profitability Maintain high standards in operational compliance, brand excellence, and customer satisfaction Be a culture champion -- nurturing talent, fostering team engagement, and leading by example

What You'll Bring:



Proven experience in a multi-site retail or hospitality management role (QSR or coffee experience a big plus!) A hands-on, supportive leadership style -- you love being in-store and connecting with your teams Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse and improve store performance Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Flexibility to travel across the North of Scotland -- a full UK driving licence is required
