We are looking for a Area Nursery Manager to join our amazing team throughout the Cheshire East! We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Nursery Area Manager

to oversee the operational excellence of multiple early years settings. You will support nursery managers in delivering outstanding childcare, ensuring compliance with EYFS standards, and driving continuous improvement across all sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in early years education, and a proven track record of managing teams and multiple settings. At Thirve, we offer:

Essential Criteria:

You must be Level 3 qualified in correlation to the government guidelines, and have at least 2 years Senior Practitioner / Deputy / Operational experience with children aged 0-5.
