About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our growing Commercial Waste & Recycling division. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our full range of waste management and recycling solutions to commercial customers across Northamptonshire and neighbouring counties. You will play a key role in driving regional growth, building strong client relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the region.

Manage and grow an existing client portfolio to maximise retention and revenue.

Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and propose suitable waste management solutions.

Deliver persuasive sales presentations and prepare bespoke proposals and quotations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems.

Attend regular meetings at the Corby Head Office for training, reporting, and sales strategy alignment.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities.

Skills & Experience

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within waste management, facilities management, environmental services, logistics, or a similar sector.

Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
