Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee and expand our business across the South India territory. The ideal candidate should be based in Surat nearby regions and possess strong experience in the Building Material industry. The role involves driving business development, achieving sales targets, and managing key client relationships while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
Analyze competitor activities and market developments to support strategic planning and decision-making.
2. Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors such as Packaging, Automobile, and Automotive OEMs.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional and organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, sales pitches, and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
4. Client Relationship Management
Maintain continuous engagement with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support.
5. Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
6. Reporting and Documentation
Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, pipeline status, forecasts, and market insights.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.

Pay: 350,000.00-500,000.00 per year
