Excel Manufacturing Ltd is a leading manufacturer of Internal Window Blind products to the Trade Sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, with excellent analysis skills and proficiency in Salesforce. Excel Manufacturing has been established for over 20 years and with an enviable reputation for quality and service, we are now looking to expand our Sales Team, with an additional Area Sales Manager, covering the Lincolnshire, East Midlands, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk & Suffolk area.

Territory to be finalised depending on applicants' location.

Area Sales Manager Duties

:

Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and solidify its presence Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, establishing strong relationships with key clients and partners. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing customer accounts. Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them Providing daily reports of field sales success and communicating the Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to superiors.
Offering a competitive basic salary depending on experience. Commission scheme and other benefits after a qualifying period of Pension, Life Insurance and Healthcare.

We supply a Company Car, Laptop and Mobile Phone along with full support and training.

Experience whilst desirable, is not essential, as we provide a full training program and on-going support package.

It might be, that you are currently in the retail sector of the Blinds & Shutters Industry, looking for your first move onto an Area Sales Manager role.

We would look at this appointment as a long-term role and to develop the individual to their full potential within our company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 36,000.00-38,000.00 per year
