About the Role



This is a field-based role covering Scotland, focusing on the Electrical Merchants and DIY markets. If you're passionate about strategic sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering growth in a competitive, fast-paced sector, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:



Champion Luceco's brand portfolio across the region Drive distribution and secure new customer partnerships Implement sales strategies aligned with growth objectives Grow brand awareness and market penetration Maintain strong, solutions-focused relationships with key accounts Keep accurate records using the company's CRM system Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform local strategies Conduct product training and support promotional initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class customer experience Report on performance and provide regular sales forecasts

What We're Looking For



Minimum 2 years' proven experience in a field-based sales role Track record of hitting and exceeding targets Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Commercially focused, able to work autonomously across a large territory Willingness to travel regularly within Scotland Full UK driving licence

Desirable:



Experience in trade or wholesale sales within the electrical industry Familiarity with multi-brand, multi-channel environments
