Area Sales Manager - Yorkshire & East Coast - 40,000 + Commission + Company Van + Company Card
The Job:
An experienced and driven Area Sales Manager is required to manage and grow relationships with dealers across Yorkshire and the East Coast. The role involves providing sales and technical support, developing new business opportunities, and representing a premium brand in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support existing dealers across the assigned region
- Build strong relationships to drive dealer engagement, sales performance, and brand loyalty
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Provide technical product knowledge and sales support to dealer partners
- Conduct dealer visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to management
- Deliver sales targets and KPIs in line with company objectives
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows

The Candidate:
- Proven experience in field sales, account management or dealer relationship roles
- Knowledge of automotive, cleaning systems or machinery sales is advantageous
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self motivated and able to work independently across a regional territory
- Full UK driving licence
The Package:
- 40,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission DOE
