The Role

- We are excited to offer a new full-time opportunity to join Isaac Lord Ltd as an Area Sales and Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities

- Driving consistent sales with existing B2B customers and identifying new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with trade clients and brand partners to offer tailored solutions.

- Representing the company through site visits, design/specification assistance, supplier collaborations, and industry events.

- Working closely with the Managing Director and the wider sales team to ensure exceptional customer experience.

This is a varied, field-based role offering autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing business.

Knowledge and Expertise

Essential

- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management

- Comfortable using CRM tools for customer reporting, analysis and identifying opportunities.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Full UK driving licence.

- Based within 1 hour of High Wycombe HQ.

Desirable

- Existing knowledge of woodworking and KBB industry is a strong plus.
