This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to shape and deliver the pre-book strategy across multiple high-profile sites-driving growth in events, food & drink covers, and room bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strong pre-book strategy across multiple locations
Drive growth across all pre-book channels (events, F&B, accommodation)
Identify and maximise new business opportunities
Build, manage, and grow client relationships
Co-create and implement a targeted room sales strategy for conferences, weddings, and events
Collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Provide leadership/guidance of site roles
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in multi-site sales and accommodation
A proactive, strategic approach to driving revenue
Strong CRM and client management skills
A passion for hospitality and a track record of delivering results
