We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across a designated territory. Responsible for sales of Charles Endirect Products and Charles Lighting products to customers in London North, Home Counties and East England.
Specific Tasks
1. Achieve area targets for turnover and gross margin.
2. Regular telephone sales calls/visits to all existing customers.
3. Progress new customers and new markets for the products, as agreed with National Sales Manager and Sales & Marketing Director.
4. Provide back-up information and support to customers.
5. Keep records of visits and make regular reports.
6. Liaise closely with other sales staff to maximise customer support and maximise conversions of sales opportunities.
7. Present a positive company image.
8. Attend ILP/HEMSA and other relevant meetings/exhibitions as company representative; to strengthen customer relationships and keep abreast of industry topics and developments.
9. Support of Company events with customer nominations and attendance as required.
10. Assist in preparing business plan and sales strategy and review periodically with National Sales Manager.
11. Other duties as required by National Sales Manager.
