As Area Sales Manager, you will be the face of our brand in London. You'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with commercial clients. Your will leverage your network within the A&D (Architects & Designers) and D&B (Design & Build) communities to drive specification sales and grow our market presence. It will also include fit-out companies, flooring contractors, and regional distributors.
Your responsibilities include
Drive sales growth within London by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the project and construction sectors.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM tools.
