We supply a wide and varied range of over 6,000 products which includes everything from picture hooks to computer-controlled equipment. We stock over 1,000 mouldings, many of which are made exclusively for us, as well as a comprehensive range of mountboards and backing boards.
We're now recruiting an Area Sales Manager to cover a large territory in the Midlands and Eastern England.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for profitable sales growth across this well-established sales region. The role is ideal if you relish a challenge; in recent years and through challenging economic times, we've worked hard to achieve consistent and sustainable growth. Our ambitious plans are for that to accelerate.
Growth will come through building and managing sales to our existing customer base, and developing relationships with new customers.
You can rely on excellent support from your colleagues on all aspects of product management, marketing, sales, customer service and technical support; as well as first class IT systems at your disposal.

Fairly obviously, you'll be an excellent communicator. Not only will you get your point across with clarity and precision, you'll also be a skilled listener who can quickly understand what customers want from their suppliers.
You'll need to be comfortable working with relationship, consultancy and research based selling techniques.
Our customers like working with people who understand their business so your experience will be within the art and framing trade.
This is a full-time field sales role. You'll be part of a fantastic team, but you must be comfortable with the reality of working remotely and spending a large amount of time travelling and away from home.
Skills & Experience
Experience in the picture framing or related trade is essential
Highly organised and effective; able to plan sales calls, research and check customer information and follow up consistently and persuasively.
Adaptable and able to match your approach to the demands of a diverse range of customers
Our sophisticated IT and CRM systems will help you work effectively. A good degree of IT literacy will be essential to use them to their full advantage
