We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing Ortho sales team. The role requires strong leadership, proven management skills, and the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable to achieve outstanding results.



The ideal candidate is located in London- Reading -

Guildford- Southampton-

Brighton

Key Responsibilities





Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers to consistently deliver against sales targets Drive adoption and growth of Invisalign and iTero within the orthodontic channel Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and build action plans to accelerate growth Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Clinical, and Commercial to maximise impact in the field Conduct regular co-travel and field visits to support and challenge team members Ensure consistent execution of sales strategy and programs across the region Foster a culture of accountability, resilience, and continuous improvement within the team


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise





7+ years of sales experience including proven track record in leading and developing successful sales teams Strong coaching and mentoring skills to bring out the best in others Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by driving team success Experience in the dental, orthodontic, or medical device industry preferred Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
