We're seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to help drive growth in our specialist range of protective cushion packaging, designed for high-end and high-value products. You'll be part of a dynamic, supportive team committed to delivering innovative packaging solutions.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will:
Lead B2B sales activity, engaging with manufacturers in sectors such as electronics, medical devices, and other high-value product industries. Work closely with our internal teams--including design, technical, and customer support--to deliver tailored, end-to-end packaging solutions. Identify and develop new business opportunities, while managing and growing existing accounts. Provide technical insight and commercial expertise to meet clients' protection, branding, and sustainability requirements. Represent the business professionally and collaboratively, both independently and as part of a team.
What We're Looking For:
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in packaging, materials, or a technical/engineered product sector. Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset. A track record of achieving targets and developing long-term client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of sustainable packaging trends and applications is a plus.
