About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced

Area Shift Leader

to join our high-performing team in Crick on a permanent basis. As a key member of the operations leadership team, you will oversee a dedicated group of production operatives on your shift, ensuring that safety, quality, and performance targets are consistently met. Hours of work 40 per week, working late shift 14:00 - 22:00.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate shift teams to achieve daily KPIs Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld Monitor production output, quality, and operational efficiency Support staff training, development, and performance management Coordinate with planning, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations Champion continuous improvement and drive team engagement

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role within manufacturing, logistics, or production Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Proactive, results-driven, and committed to high standards Flexible and adaptable to different shift patterns and team needs Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
