How you will make an impact
The Area Specialist is an individual contributor role providing support to the LCO Ops Lead.

• Owns and leads weekly CI meetings for planned downtime and speed loss applying data analyses, structured problem solving and improvement tools.
• Owns, analyses and tracks asset performance data incl. data quality and completeness e.g. MDE, SAP & OEE.
• Owns Creates plan for improvement of OEE for line(s)
• Ensures that the LCO Areas improvement activities are quantified and reflected in OneCI.
• Owns operational standards and corresponding competence development in the Line Team.

What will make you successful
To be successful for this role the ideal candidate will have five years of relevant experience with specific focus on the below:

• IT proficient in MS Office, Power BI, Python
• Previous experience in process optimisation and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of lean principles and data management
• 5+ years of technical data experience
