Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee operations within the Southampton, Winchester, Fareham and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our teams are effectively managed, motivated, and aligned with company objectives. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of cleaning.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations within the assigned area, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. On call throughout shifts for any ad-hoc/additional cleaning support when required. To carry out cleaning duties as and when required. Visual presence across all sites. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards are always met. Address any issues or concerns raised by team members or management promptly and effectively. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating effective leadership capabilities. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. Familiarity with cleaning industry standards and best practices related to cleaning methods and skills. Ability to work flexible hours as required by operational needs.
