As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Area Team Leader - Production.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise employees within your designated area. Ensure daily production plans are adhered to and completed efficiently. Provide clear instructions, guidance, and support to your team. Monitor progress and supply regular reports to management. Maintain the highest quality standards across all operations. Promote and enforce health & safety protocols at all times. Support, train, and multi-skill team members to increase flexibility. Participate in repetitive lifting and movement of products (not always heavy). Work with your team to drive continuous improvement and resolve issues. Collaborate with your manager to implement new processes and practices. Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently maintained. Undertake any other duties required by management.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or factory environment. Strong understanding of assembly line processes and manufacturing best practices. Familiarity with forklift operations and associated safety protocols. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques is advantageous.

Pay: 12.60-15.00 per hour
