About the Role:

Site Equip is proud to support a prestigious long-term contract with the Ministry of Defence (MOD). We are seeking experienced, professional drivers - ideally with a military background - to join our elite logistics team delivering vital welfare facilities to remote and tactical locations.

This is a hands-on role that requires precision, responsibility, and a confident understanding of operating in challenging terrain.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery, collection and servicing of specialist hire equipment to military grid references Towing and operating 4x4 vehicles across rugged and off-road environments On-site setup and breakdown of welfare units and sanitation equipment Collaboration with the wider operations team, both on-site and in the yard Participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota (with additional pay) Occasional weekend work and overtime opportunities

Requirements:

Proven experience with towing trailers and off-road driving (4x4 essential) Strong awareness of health & safety and vehicle compliance Military driving experience or relevant background is highly desirable Full UK driving licence (with trailer entitlement) Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable to dynamic environments
