Job Title: Arrears & Litigation Executive (Later Arrears)
Working Pattern: 36.25 hours per week with contractual hours stated as Monday to Saturday between 8am to 7pm (with a 45-minute lunch break). Saturday shifts take place on the last Saturday of each month, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and are worked remotely from home. Working rota to be shared by Line Manager.
Salary: xc2xa334,000 - xc2xa337,000.

The successful candidate will be required to have strong litigation experience on secured loans, including experience with motor finance repossessions, with a proven ability to manage complex cases, make sound decisions, prepare court documentation, and identify the most appropriate exit strategies for each case.The purpose of the role is to support the Operations Leaders by handling customers in financial difficulty and arrears, while also achieving departmental service levels.
