An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and enthusiastic Art and Design Technician to join the School in

September 2025.



Reporting to the Head of Art, the Art and Design Technician will be responsible for supporting the Art Department across the three disciplines of Art, Textiles and Photography.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have relevant Art and Design qualifications and experience of working with a wide variety of art materials and techniques.

This is a

term time only role

, working

30 hours per week for 33 weeks per year

. The distribution of the working hours will normally be over 4 days, but will be finalised upon appointment. There will be a half hour unpaid lunch break.

The role may attract accommodation and this can be discussed at interview.

The actual salary for this position will be 13,550 - 14,400 per annum (based on an FTE of 25,500 - 27,000) and the successful candidate will be auto-enrolled into the School Pension Scheme if eligible; additional staff benefits include:
