Secondary School in Beaconsfield | Full-Time/Part-Time | Long-Term Role | Start Date: 29th September
Salary: 33,075 - 45,037 per annum

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons across KS3 and KS4 in Art & Design
• Encourage students to explore a wide range of media and techniques, from drawing and painting to mixed media and sculpture
• Create a classroom culture that celebrates individuality, creativity, and inclusivity
• Use effective assessment strategies to support student progress and tailor learning experiences
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support students' academic and personal growth
• Lead or contribute to exhibitions, art clubs, and creative school-wide initiatives

Who We're Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with experience teaching Art at secondary level (QTS preferred but not essential)
• Someone who thrives in a creative environment and brings fresh ideas to the classroom
• A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and a passion for inclusive education
• A reflective practitioner who values student voice and wellbeing
