Job Purpose
To support the Art Department in delivering high-quality teaching and learning by providing practical, technical, and administrative assistance. The role is a varied one where the role holder oversees the day-to-day continuity and smooth running of the Art department. A key focus of this role will be on managing and maintaining ceramics facilities, clays, glazes, tools, and clay preparation areas. Also preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and inspiring learning environment for students and providing support in lessons in the art room. The school is keen to display the work around the school and the department, this would be essential responsibility.
