The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with extensive experience in designing and implementing AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of various programming languages, big data technologies, and cloud platforms to develop scalable and efficient AI systems that drive business value.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI architectures that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Conduct data mining and analysis to extract valuable insights from large datasets. Utilise machine learning algorithms to create predictive models and improve decision-making processes. Implement natural language processing techniques to enhance user interactions with AI applications. Oversee database design and management to ensure optimal data storage and retrieval. Develop scripts using Bash (Unix shell) for automation of tasks related to data processing. Work with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark to manage large-scale data processing. Maintain documentation of AI architectures, processes, and methodologies for future reference.

Requirements

Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, C, and R. Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow. Strong knowledge of database design principles and SQL for effective data management. Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, for deploying AI solutions. Understanding of data mining techniques and their application in real-world scenarios. Experience with statistical analysis software such as SAS is advantageous. Knowledge of VBA for automating tasks within Microsoft applications is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex issues. Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
