Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our team and drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and software engineering, with a passion for solving complex problems and building intelligent systems that deliver real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms for various applications Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems. Optimize and scale machine learning models for performance and efficiency. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. Analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve model accuracy. Develop and maintain documentation for AI systems, processes, and workflows. Ensure user adoption of AI tools through effective communication, training, and support strategies. Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate initiatives, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of AI-driven projects across multidisciplinary team Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or blockchain technologies. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of cloud technologies, security principles, and modern development tools. Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and Power BI
