Duties

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to minimise waste
Ensure all food presentation meets brand standards, maintaining visual appeal
Support the training of junior staff or apprentices as required
Requirements
Proven experience in food production, cooking, or baking within a professional kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices
Experience in food preparation and culinary techniques, including baking and general kitchen skills
Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service standards is desirable
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not essential
