Sentric Music is looking for an Artist Services Assistant to join our team; a confident and versatile communicator, dedicated to providing the best possible support & experience for our artists. The Assistant will act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries and undertake research utilising streaming and broadcast data. Based in the heart of Liverpool\xe2\x80\x99s creative Baltic Triangle area, the Artist Services Assistant will play an integral part in guiding our artists through our publishing services, enabling songwriters to maximise their royalties and sustain their artistic careers.

Responsibilities

\xe2\x97\x8f Act as first point of contact for Sentric Music\xe2\x80\x99s artists via telephone, email, CRM software and Live Chat:

o Ensure that all queries are brought to a timely resolution, involving specialised teams as required.

o Assist in identifying ways to streamline query handling using technology and pro active information campaigns and assets. o Work with the Artist Services team to identify service bottlenecks, assisting with coordinating resolutions for these.

\xe2\x97\x8f Undertake research & music market analysis through processing broadcast, playlist & streaming data and feed findings into the relevant Artist Liaison

\xe2\x97\x8f Working alongside teams across Sentric Music including rights, sync and neighbouring rights to assure that Artists queries are answered and ensuring the processes of each individual team is taken into account when doing so

\xe2\x97\x8f Assist Artist Liaisons with researching high-value songwriters/artists on the Sentric Roster and gathering details in advance of artist/management conversations.

\xe2\x97\x8f Assist with high profile artists\xe2\x80\x99 works onboarding onto the Sentric publishing platform.

\xe2\x97\x8f Work within the Artist Services team to achieve KPI goals for artists, assisting Artist Services Manager with the implementation of ongoing outreach initiatives as well as special Artist Services projects, including but not limited to:

o Partaking in the Sentric Academy Fund programme; guiding artists through the application process, reviewing and shortlisting incoming artist applications against funding criteria.

o Contributing with content ideas for the Sentric Accelerator Programme; proposing suitable artists and industry speakers to invite and deliver presentations to programme participants.

\xe2\x97\x8f Domestic travel as well as out of office hours may be required to attend industry events and performances by Sentric Music\xe2\x80\x99s artists.

Qualifications

A working knowledge of the music industry is required, demonstrated either through work experience and/or studies within the fields of Music, Business Studies or Creative Industries. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

\xe2\x97\x8f Highly IT literate, with a working knowledge of Excel.

\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of publishing is highly meriting, although not a requirement. Personal Qualities \xe2\x97\x8f Passionate about music, with a strong enthusiasm for working with emerging artists.

\xe2\x97\x8f Personable with a strong ability to form long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in a friendly and professional way.

\xe2\x97\x8f Solid organisational skills, the ability to make relevant priorities, plan and manage own workload.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work effectively towards deadlines and remain methodical and focused during peak times.

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong attention to detail and a drive to be accurate and thorough at all times.

\xe2\x97\x8f A positive, can-do attitude. Works well independently and unsupervised, as well as within a team.

\xe2\x97\x8f Enjoy travelling with work when required, as well as working out of office hours attending our artists\xe2\x80\x99 live performances regularly.
