We want to recruit a Business Services Assistant to join Call Derbyshire to provide a face to face reception service, currently at County Hall in Matlock and The Hub at South Normanton.

After training you will be expected to:

  • Deliver a positive customer focused approach dealing with customers in a sensitive, caring and professional manner.
  • Provide an efficient and courteous reception service for employees, elected members, service users and other personal callers.
  • Ensure all security and health and safety related procedures are implemented e.g. completion of the visitors book, ID/visitors badges allocated etc.
  • Assist with both incoming and outgoing telephone enquiries and surveys.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Make bookings to help support external/internal events and activities
  • Be willing to work flexibly within a rota framework.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with the Data Protection Act, using or disclosing information appropriately in order to fulfil the duties of the post.
  • Adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

Shifts will vary to suit the needs of the business and can fall anywhere between Monday - Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm. There will be a requirement to work at both sites.
