Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative Artistic Designer to join our in-house team in Ruthin .

This is an on-site only position and there is no scope for remote or hybrid working at present and would be suited only to applicants within reasonable commuting distance to Ruthin.

Duties

You will work closely with Director / Lead Designer to develop and expand our ever growing product range, including stencils, stickers, cutting files and merchandise. You will also assist in creating visuals for promotions, inspirational projects and core advertising materials. you will need to use your own initiative. bring a fresh perspective and explore new ideas proactively.

We are not jus looking for a graphic designer, we are seeking a true artist with a passion for design, composition and creativity.

Key Responsibilities.

Assist in the creation and design of new Lavinia Stamps products ( stencils, stickers, cutting files etc.)

Design Promotional materials and creative visuals for advertising and inspiration.

Work collaboratively with the creative team to maintain the Lavinia Stamps aesthetic and brand consistency.

Prepare artwork for production and digital marketing channels.

Contribute ideas and innovation to future product lines and campaigns.

About You

Artistically proficient with a strong creative portfolio ( essential ).

Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design.

Strong illustration and design abilities with experience in multi-media work.

Excellent attention to detail and an eye for composition, form and colour/

Able to take creative direction and work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience,

Previous experience in artistic design, illustration or related creative fields.

Diploma or higher education in Art, Design or similar ( preferred but not essential).
