We would like to invite applications for the role of Artwork Studio Coordinator to join our innovative artwork team based at our Harlow office, working on pharmaceutical packaging for artwork on a global scale.

This dynamic role is to manage the artwork workflow from request to completion. You will be working as part of a coordination team alongside our in-house artworkers. Working directly with global markets and manufacturing sites, responsible for briefing artwork studio, performing proof reading and quality checks.

A day in the life of an Artwork Coordinator...

  • You will be part of an inclusive friendly team that welcomes new ideas who consistently look for opportunities to enhance our working processes and efficiency
  • You will be the SPOC for assigned markets; processing requests, answering queries, developing and maintaining relationships
  • You will identify artwork requirements and coordinate data collection within the Artwork Management system to enable artwork generation. Including writing artwork briefs for artwork creation
  • You will perform quality checks on every draft of artwork to ensure artworks are created in-line with design brief and guidelines (colours, livery style, font types, text, local regulatory / country requirements, dielines, barcodes, item codes etc.)
  • You will have departmental sign off responsibilities for the approval of draft artworks and final blueprints, as well as circulating draft artwork for approval by the appropriate signatories
  • You will be working as part of a team and supporting other Artwork Coordinators when required to ensure artworks meet submission/launch deadlines, adhering to departmental processes
  • You will track the progress of the artworks via the Artwork Management system, escalating any issues to management, prioritising key products when required.
  • You will attend regular team meetings for general communications and training updates
Who we are looking for

Do you have...?
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical / cosmetics / food industries/packaging and/or print industry
  • Proof reading/QC experience
  • Experience with artwork coordination
  • Experience of vendor / partner relationships
  • Preferably previous experience with QC software
