As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and driven Artwork & Graphics Coordinator. This pivotal organisational role ensures the seamless delivery of our projects and their associated deliverables.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare artwork, print, and cut files for production and installation teams. Lead and support client communications, including site meetings, site surveys, approvals, and specification clarifications. Coordinate projects, ensuring all relevant information, material status, and specifications are clearly communicated to internal & external teams and suppliers. Coordinate internal and outsourced design activities. Provide guidance and support to production and installation teams, facilitating the resolution of technical or material-related issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications:

Mandatory skills:-

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the sign, graphics, or print industry in an Artworker/Designer role, with strong experience in artwork production, pre-press, and file preparation. Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Demonstrated experience in project scoping, site surveys, quotation development, scheduling, logistics, quality assurance, and delivery. Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Full UK driving license.

This is a full-time position, based at our Haverhill, Suffolk premises, 40 hours per week.
