Our Artworker




As an Artworker at The Newt,you'll be at the heart of our fast-moving,ever-evolving Commerce Marketing team. You'll transform creative concepts into beautifully crafted,print-ready artwork that reflects the exceptional quality of our food,drink and gifting ranges. Working closely with design,product and marketing colleagues,you'll ensure every detail is flawless -- from packaging dielines to digital layouts -- helping our premium products shine across every channel.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare accurate,high-quality,print-ready packaging artwork across food,drink and gifting ranges. Work confidently with dielines,cutters,technical specifications and printer guidelines to ensure technical excellence. Ensure all packaging artwork meets regulatory,nutritional,allergen and labelling standards. Collaborate with product,design and marketing teams to interpret briefs and deliver precise final artwork. Conduct meticulous pre-flight checks and liaise with print suppliers to guarantee quality and consistency. Apply and uphold The Newt's brand guidelines,rolling out creative concepts across multiple formats. Prepare artwork for brochures,recipe cards,flyers,signage and wider printed collateral. Adapt designs for web,email,social media and display,optimising imagery for digital use.

What we're looking for



Highly organised,methodical and precise. Calm and reliable under pressure. Collaborative team player with strong ownership and independence. Passion for craftsmanship,packaging design and premium brands. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with strong understanding of print production. Experience creating print-ready packaging artwork,ideally within packaging or FMCG. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design,Artworking or related field.
