Supporting the asbestos management and reinspection programme to assist in ensuring the programme runs to time and asbestos surveys are carried out in accordance with the programme`s timescales.
Assign, maintain and monitor asbestos removal actions arising from our asbestos management programme, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our actions are addressed sufficiently within the time frames set for them.
Monitor and respond to queries raised, appropriate and escalating them to where required.
Respond to any urgent asbestos situations, raising orders and informing stakeholders in line with GreenSquareAccord policy.
Proactively raising orders to internal departments and external contractors, to ensure actions arising from the asbestos management program are remediated effectively.
Ensure information is kept up to date and managed effectively, including ensuring new stock is added to management programmes and removing disposed stock from them.
Appropriately managing letters and communications with residents to arrange asbestos surveyor appointments
Supporting our other areas of the team`s compliance related activities
Supporting the team by answering queries and providing information to internal and external stakeholders and our customers.
Establishing and managing sufficient administrative procedures across for the Asbestos Team
Uploading relevant survey documentation to our asbestos management systems.
Assist in co-ordinating Asbestos related projects, including communications with customers, coordination of letters and liaison with external contractors.
Support corporate projects as required.

About you
You will have substantial experience and a thorough understanding of the role. You will be confident in using our in-house software systems MRI/Orchard, databases, report writing software and spreadsheets.
You will have strong communication skills, and be able to demonstrate drive and determination, meet deadlines and achieve targets.
