Job Title: As Laid Surveyor

Location: Company premises and client sites across the UK as required.

Responsible to

:

Operations Manager

Main Functions of the Post:

To undertake accurate recording and measurement of electricity cables installed by the Company and to ensure that information and reports are presented accurately and to a professional standard.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To visit work sites and accurately measure the position of installed cables and record other relevant data as works progress

To record the above and provide reports and drawings suitable for presentation and submission to our clients.

Monitor the Company's work programme and schedule to ensure that as-laid cable plans are submitted within the Client's timescales and deadlines

To undertake any other contract administration duties and supervision support as required such as team audits

To help develop procedures and processes to improve the overall efficiency of the business

To hold a full UK driving licence.

To communicate in person and on the telephone with colleagues, work sites and developers, customers and visitors in a friendly and positive manner.

To undertake such staff training and development, which may from time to time be required.

To work as part of a team representing the interests of the business.

To promote the business in a friendly and positive light at all times.

To maintain a general level of tidiness in work areas, and ensure punctual time

keeping in accordance with contracted hours.

To carry out any other such duties commensurate with the nature of the post and which may be required from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
