You will be joining a well-regarded specialist school catering for children aged 4 to 16 with high-support autism, profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), and complex needs. The Learning Support Assistant Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups across a range of complex needs
  • Help children develop communication, emotional regulation, and independence skills
  • Work alongside therapists, SEN teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Gain exposure to therapeutic approaches such as ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and sensory integration strategies
