We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling battery components and products efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process. Responsibilities

Assemble products and components according to detailed specifications and diagrams Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and effectively Conduct quality checks during and after assembly to ensure product standards are met Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures Assist with inventory management by tracking parts and materials used during assembly Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Qualifications

Proven experience in assembly work, preferably within a warehouse or manufacturing environment Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable, with an understanding of basic machinery and components Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Experience with assembly processes, including reading technical drawings or diagrams Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards are essential for success in this role

Pay: 24,420.00-40,000.00 per year
