Assembly Fitter (mechanical)
Job Description
Hendry Hydraulics LTD are looking to employ reliable hardworking individuals to work in our busy assembly department at our facility in Elgin.
Main duties to include, but not limited to:
Assembly and Testing of Hydraulic Cylinders.
Cleaning and preparation of component parts.
Basic inspection of parts and assemblies.
Manual Handling of components between stages of assembly.
Safe operation of various hand held electrical tools.
Operation of mechanical wash systems.
Operation of hydraulic test units.
Previous mechanical or engineering experience is essential, but full training will be provided.
The right candidate must possess a positive attitude, exceptional work ethic and have a very high reliability.
The role can be physically demanding, a good standard of fitness is required.
The factory hours are Mon - Thu 07.45am - 16.45pm, Fri 07.45-13.45.
Some shift work, overtime and weekend hours are available when workloads dictate..
