Assembly General Hand

Southampton

10.00-13.50 per hour depending on experience

7.30am - 4pm Monday to Thursday - 7.30 - 3pm Friday

He-Man Dual Controls are world leaders in Dual Control Systems, with over 80 years' experience in design and manufacture. We pride ourselves highly on our products and the excellent service we provide. We are currently looking for a Assembly General Hand to join our successful team.

The Role

He-Man is looking to appoint an Assembly General Engineering Hand who, will be responsible for the sub assembly and full assembly of dual controls.

The individual should be driven, self motivated, be able to work in a team but also have the ability to work individually. They will need to have a keen eye for details and follow production procedures and timings through our ERP system, you must have personal attributes in line with the company's Core Employee characteristics

Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be given, however an enthusiastic, can-do attitude, an understanding of H&S procedures and the ability to follow clear instructions is essential.

Responsibilities

Sub-assemble parts in line with production plan Fully assemble Dual Controls Book on and off jobs
Other tasks to be performed as/when instructed by Manufacturing Team Leader. Including but not limited to:

Prepping raw material Assisting the prep team with basic machine work General housekeeping
