We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PCB and Harness Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling small to medium batch printed circuit boards (PCBs) and harnesses. This role requires proficiency in hand soldering, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and the capability to work effectively in small groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble small to medium batch PCBs and harnesses according to specifications. Perform hand soldering tasks with precision and accuracy. Operate automated crimping machines and wire cutters. Follow detailed assembly instructions and ensure high-quality standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and problem-solving. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in assembly work, particularly with PCBs and harnesses. Proficiency in hand soldering techniques. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well in small groups. Experience using automated crimping machines and wire cutters. Good eyesight and manual dexterity are essential for this role. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing industry. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for PCB and harness assembly. Basic understanding of electronic components and their functions.
