Tech Optics Ltd is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic reputable company and train as an Assembly Line Operator.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the manufacture of specific cable assemblies for various applications and industries.

Role Description

This is an entry level production line role requiring excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. The right candidate will have considerable scope for development within the company.

Reporting to our Production Lead you will receive training in fibre optic termination, optical testing and manufacturing best practice. No prior fibre optic experience is required.

What your background should look like:

Requirements:

No Experience needed; training will be provided. Good understanding of written and spoken English. Must have a good manual dexterity with a practical aptitude Assembly experience is desirable. Must be able to follow written instructions. Self-disciplined and able to work with the minimum of supervision. Strong attention to detail and quality practices. Numerate and Computer literate

Key responsibilities:

Termination, polishing and testing of fibre optic cable assemblies Producing products to a required quality standard following Health and Safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment. Collaborating with your team members to optimise production processes and efficiency
