Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision components and perform assembly tasks.
Responsibilities
CNC Milling Duties:
Set up and operate CNC milling machine according to job specifications. Interpret engineering drawings and work instructions. Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Perform routine machine maintenance and report faults or issues promptly.
Assembly Duties:
Assemble mechanical and/or electronic components following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to complete assemblies. Conduct visual and functional checks to ensure finished products meet required standards.
General:
Maintain a clean and safe working area in line with 5S and health & safety policies.
Ensure that all duties are carried out in line with Company policies and health and safety.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
