We are a leading manufacturing company based in Scunthorpe, specialising in the production of access panels, riser doors and other bespoke access solutions. We are looking for motivated Assembly Operatives to join our growing team, helping us build high-quality products to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble a range of products including access panels, tile doors, riser doors, and loft hatches. Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications accurately. Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively. Carry out quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards. Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly production targets. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety guidelines. Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals. Identify and suggest improvements in processes where appropriate.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential (training will be provided). Practical, hands-on skills with a good eye for detail. Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. Good communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
